These Terms of Use govern the rules and conditions for the use of this website (“Site”) owned by FG Wilson Enerji Çözümleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“FG Wilson”) and regulate the rights and obligations of the Parties accordingly.

B. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. FG Wilson cannot be held responsible for any errors, system slowdowns, or inability to use the Site due to the devices and/or internet connections of Users using the Site. The User acknowledges that access to the Site may be temporarily restricted to implement improvements and other changes to the Site.
  2. FG Wilson or its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, agents, employees, or other representatives shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive and/or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profit or income, data loss and/or loss of business, arising from the use or inability to use this Site or reliance on the content of this Site, even if FG Wilson has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  4. C. TERMS OF USE

  1. In order to create a Site user account, the information in the relevant registration form must be entered completely, accurately, and up-to-date. FG Wilson cannot be held responsible in any way for the inaccuracy, incompleteness, or outdatedness of the information entered in the registration form.
  2. After the information is verified and the user account is created, Users can log in with their username/contact address and passwords and use the Site by confirming these Terms of Use. Users without an account may view the public sections of the Site but cannot perform actions not permitted for everyone on the Site.
  3. If FG Wilson has reasonable grounds to suspect that any information provided by the User is fraudulent, incorrect, or incomplete, it has the right to suspend or terminate the User's access and use of the Site without notice. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all authentication information related to access and use of the Site. If you become aware of any unauthorized use, loss, or disclosure of your accounts or authentication credentials, or any security breach related to the Site, you must immediately inform FG Wilson.

The User agrees, declares, and undertakes to comply with these Terms of Use and other provisions that may be published from time to time on the Site, with the law, morality and good manners, and principles of honesty in all transactions performed on the Site; not to engage in acts that may hinder the operation of the Site by any means or infringe or pose a risk of infringement on third-party rights.

The User is directly responsible if the username, password, and other similar information and access rights are shared with third parties or organizations (including any malicious use of their password by others). Likewise, the User may not use another person's IP address, e-mail address, username, or other information online, nor may they access or use other users' data without permission. The User shall bear all legal and criminal liability for any use as described herein.

FG WILSON DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED (INCLUDING INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO CYBER ATTACKS OR MALICIOUS CODE OR SOFTWARE) OR COMPATIBLE WITH ANY SOFTWARE. FG WILSON DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE.   1. Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over the resolution of any disputes arising from the implementation of these Terms of Use.
  2. All notifications to be sent to the relevant parties regarding these Terms of Use shall be made through the email address(es) of the User registered with FG Wilson.
