These Terms of Use determine the rules and conditions for the use of this website (“Site”) belonging to Borusan Enerji Çözümleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Borusan”) and regulate the rights and obligations of the Parties accordingly.

C. TERMS OF USE

1. In order to create a site user account, the information in the relevant registration form must be entered completely, accurately and up-to-date. Borusan cannot be held responsible in any way if the information entered in the registration form is incomplete, incorrect or not up-to-date.
2. After their information is verified and a user account is created, Users will be able to use the Site by logging in with their username/contact address and password and approving these Terms of Use. 3. BORUSAN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED (INCLUDING CYBER ATTACKS OR MALICIOUS CODE OR INTERRUPTIONS IN SOFTWARE) OR THAT IT WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH ANY SOFTWARE. BORUSAN DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR INFORMATION SYSTEMS OR ASSETS, OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM SUCH ACCESS OR USE.
